EWEF
Founded in 2017, Erudite Women’s Empowerment Foundation (EWEF) is a registered Ghana-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women to achieve their fullest potential, while helping them maintain healthy attitudes, values, well-being and self-esteem. We dare to imagine a world in which all girls and young women, irrespective of their socio-economic background, have equal access to opportunities and resources that will help them achieve their fullest potentials.
To that end, our core mandate is to create opportunities, develop programs, and provide services that truly empower them.

We exist to nurture and empower socially and economically disadvantaged girls and young women to enable them make healthy choices in every aspect of their lives by providing personal growth and development services through mentorship, trainings and advocacy.

Discover
EWEF seeks to explore the innate capabilities of girls and young women who need guidance in order to become the women they aspire to be. We give them the opportunity to ask the most compelling questions that bother their growth and development and how to manage them.
Mentor
We aim at providing a shoulder for them to lean on in their personal and career journeys through support from other women who are successful in their chosen fields. EWEF serve as mentors to these girls and provide guidance throughout their development journey. We also encourage exchange programs among peer mentoring in order to build their confidence to face the future.
Train
Through our immersive bootcamps, we equip girls and young women with practical skills (digital skills, public speaking skills, etiquettes, financial literacy etc.) to help them become problem- solvers and job-ready.
